This dude is awesome. I mean, on top of the whole scholarly, nature lovin' thing. Who doesn't love that quote, "Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you've imagined"? This guy clearly rocks. And then add in the whole vegetarian thing. Thank you, Henry, for being one cool veggie man.
